Distribution Central are celebrating today after being announced as the Riverbed Technology Distribution Partner of the Year 2013 Award for the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region.
Presented at Riverbed Sales Kick Off 2014, the company’s annual sales and partner conference, on January 13-16 in San Francisco, the awards recognise companies for excellence in delivering on customer needs and driving business results.
A leader in technology distribution and channel services, Distribution Central has been a Riverbed Value-Added Distributor for more than six years, launching its distribution partnership in 2007, and was also named Riverbed Partner of the Year and Distributor of the Year in 2012 and 2013 respectively for the ANZ region.
This 2014 award covers APJ, recognising Distribution Central’s continued and extensive contribution across the region.

Distribution Central has developed a range of channel services including: DC POC, which has supported the very high conversion rate of Riverbed POCs; DC PODfactory, including the upcoming PerformancePOD (powered by Riverbed and Fujitsu); a specialised training program developed for Riverbed partners (REVs) and delivered quarterly; marketing support for Riverbed partners to run successful lead generation campaigns; and a post-sales help desk.
