HP New Zealand has announced the winning partners at the fifth annual HP Partner Awards held at The Wharf in Northcote.

The glamour and glitz was out in force at the event from the moment it began.

Bowties and cocktail dresses adorned a crowd that carried an atmosphere as effervescent as the drinks.

The venue helped the night stand out amongst the awards season crowd, with the Harbour Bridge peekeing through the window to add its gravitas to the occasion.

It's a testament to HP's presence in the NZ channel that things started to get a little crowded by 7:30.

As the awards started, the attendees migrated from the beautiful waterside deck to the two floors that look toward the presentation space.

A little light entertainment set off the official portion of the evening as a couple of super humans showed off what they were made of.

HP NZ country manager Oliver Hill took to the stage to welcome all the partners and say a quick farewell to recently retired HP CEO Dion Weisler.

HP APAC managing director Tian Chong Ng announced that HP would be setting up China and India as separate markets from APAC, taking pains to ensure he understands that NZ is a different market to Australia.

The awards went off without a hitch and with resounding cheers for every single winning partner.

This night also served as a way for HP to raise a little money for one of their own, Levonne Hart, who has been hit suddenly with a medical issue that has left her in need of a bit of support.

For HP and it's partners, the Awards recognises and celebrates excellence, growth, consistency and engagement.

This year saw the addition of two new award categories, Sustainability Partner and Channel Services Delivery Partner, resulting in 13 companies taking home an Award this year.
