Pitney Bowes and Tech Mahindra have teamed up to target ‘untapped opportunities’ in location analytics and customer engagement solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
The two companies say the partnership will have a strong focus on the telecommunications sector and opportunities in the retail, insurance, banking and logistics verticals.
The partnership will see IT services, outsourcing and consulting company Tech Mahindra, which has offices around the world including across New Zealand and Australia, providing consulting and service delivery expertise, with Pitney Bowes’ technology platform used to provide flexibility and agility through an open, modular architecture growth.
The Indian consulting company specialises in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering.
