Talend, a provider of cloud data integration solutions, has hired Helen Larcos as a channel and alliances manager for Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Sydney, Larcos will be responsible for supporting Talend's regional partner ecosystem in meeting the demand for cloud integration solutions and expanding the company's partner-led business initiatives.

“Helen joins Talend at a time when we're a fast-growing cloud company working with organisations across Australia and New Zealand who are reliant on their partners to support them in reaping the advantages of their structured and unstructured data," says Talend ANZ country manager Steve Singer.

“Helen's experience will benefit our partners in supporting our customers' cloud integration projects in a market environment where there is greater demand for accessible and compliant data at the same time sources and volumes are increasing and becoming more difficult to manage. We're looking forward to the positive impact which Helen's skills will have on our overall business in the region.”

Larcos joins Talend with more than 15 years of sales and partner experience in the IT industry.

She was previously the channel sales manager for the ASEAN and ANZ region for GitHub.

During this time, she grew the amount of revenue contributed by partners and brought a programmatic approach to the business.

Previously, Larcos was director of strategy and operations for CommsTech Australia where she was responsible for the start-up company's partner and channel development.

Prior, Helen worked at Microsoft Australia as cloud and channel sales executive with responsibility for recurring revenue, enabling Azure Cloud technology partners and supporting both SMB and Enterprise partners and customers.

She also previously worked at Datacom for more than seven years as the sales and marketing team manager focusing on the public sector and commercial market programs.

Larcos is a graduate of the AGSM's MBA program at the University of New South Wales.

“Talend delivers a winning formula for the region with its strong channel structure and proven expertise in helping businesses streamline their complex data integration requirements," says Larcos.

"I'm looking forward to deploying my extensive experience to further enable partners to support customers as they drive competitive advantage through their use of Talend.
