FYI, this story is more than a year old

WhiteGold Solutions has secured the ANZ distribution for security intelligence provider LogRhythm.

WhiteGold, which has an Auckland office, will market LogRhythm's patented security intelligence platform which unifies enterprise-class security information and event management (SIEM), log management, file integrity monitoring and network and host forensics.

LogRhythm recently opened an Australian office and Simon Howe, LogRhythm's ANZ director of sales, says the company is committed to a channel sales strategy for New Zealand and Australia.

He says the signing of the agreement with WhiteGold Solutions as a unified value distributor is a significant step in securing its success.

"WhiteGold has an enviable record for taking best of breed IT security technologies to our target market segments, including banking and financial services, federal and state government, utilities, resources, education and business. It has exactly the innovative, value-added distribution capability required to support LogRhythm’s rapid expansion in this region.”

Leigh Howard, WhiteGold Solutions commercial director, says the company was seeking a disruptive and innovative player in the SIEM marketplace to flesh out its security portfolio and allow it to continue providing 'complete and comprehensive security solutions for our partner community'.

“With numerous endorsements from leading analysts, such as Gartner and Frost & Sullivan, coupled with positive feedback from our channel, we are confident that we have found the right vendor in LogRhythm.
