And the winner of Techday's $50k of marketing credit is...

01 Nov 2016

To celebrate our ten year anniversary, we gave away $50k of marketing credit with Techday. Our clients simply had to make an advertising booking during the month of September. Easy!

And so without further ado, the company that was drawn from the hat was Sektor, Asia Pacific's innovative solutions distributor.

Sektor Asia Pacific managing director, Rhys Warren was over the moon with the news.

"The team at Sektor feels extremely lucky to have won such a valuable prize from Techday," Warren says. "This represents a significant opportunity to help keep the partner community updated on where and how Sektor can assist."

In fact, Warren affirms the team at Sektor has already decided what they're going to use their marketing credit for.

"Sektor over the coming months will provide updates on all of its five divisions including networking, physical security, healthcare, retail technology and enterprise mobility," Warren says. "We will look to outline opportunities for partners to consider net new verticals and also assist channel partners with framing up new technologies for existing customers."

The windfall couldn't have come at a better time for Sektor, as they continue to invest ahead of the curve to drive growth, while bringing technologies and solutions from around the world back to APAC first to help drive innovation with their partners and their partners' customers. For this, marketing is key and Warren says Techday's unique and targeted audience play heavily into their plans looking forward.

"Techday is part of the industry fabric that unites our market," Warren says. "Sektor invests heavily in running events to bring our ISV, Integrator, Partner & Vendor communities together - Techday is an instrumental part of this mix."
