Arrow adds BitTitan MSPComplete to cloud marketplace

14 Jun 2017

Arrow Electronics is adding BitTitan MSPComplete to its ArrowSphere cloud marketplace in a move designed to enable solution providers to automate, enhance and more efficiently managed end-user cloud deployments.

Steve Robinson, Arrow vice president of global cloud business, says the addition of MSPComplete on ArrowSphere will help MSPs accelerate and optimise their managed services business and simplify the process of transitioning end-customers to the cloud.

MSPComplete’s service library includes more than 100 migration and turnkey managed services around Microsoft Office 365, FastTrack, Azure, EMS, dropbox Business, Amazon, Box and Google G Suite.

The platform can also be used to create custom services and IP by adding tasks to an existing service or building an entirely new service.

Lon Clark, BitTitan alliances manager, says MSPComplete can help MSPs increase recurring revenue, reduce service delivery and operationalise employee knowledge in a competitive and complex cloud environment.

The companies say the offering can help MSPs realise ‘significant’ cost savings through enabling intelligence assigning of tasks to resources based on skill-level and pay; captruing unique business processes to create and protect IP; tracking service delivery times to the second for accurate billing and cost management, and monitoring task queues for service level agreement compliance.

“By collaborating with Arrow, a global cloud distributor, BitTitan can now reach even more ITSPs looking to transform their organisations through business process automation,” Clark says.

Arrowsphere is available across Australia and New Zealand.
