Whilst Kiwi gamers got to play the latest video games at last week’s Digital NationZ, this coming weekend it’s the turn of Aussie gamers at the EB Expo.

For the fourth time running EB Games is playing host to the Australia's premier gaming event. The show returns to Sydney Olympic Park, its home since 2012, for three days of gaming and associated geekery.

As well as international and home grown publishers showing off their games, the show also has plenty of guest panels, presentations and completions to keep visitors busy.

For the first time the UK’s Robot Wars team will be also be putting on special shows over the whole weekend.

With only days to go EB Games have just announced another raft of titles being shown for the very first time in Australia.

Aussie gamers will be able experience upcoming games like Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, The Order 1886, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Bayonetta 2, Splatoon, Sonic Boom, Shape Up, Fantasia: Music Evolved, Samurai Warriors 4, Pro Evolution Soccer 2015, Lords of The Fallen, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris and Rabbids Invasion.

These games join the already announced line-up featuring Assassins’ Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, Super Smash Bros., Halo: The Master Chief Collection, DriveClub, Skylanders Trap Team, Battlefield Hardline, Mortal Kombat X, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and Sunset Overdrive.

2K Australia will be offering an insight into games development from two local developers who worked on Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

Microsoft Studios will be presenting their Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon 2 and Halo: The Master Chief Collection at the EB Arena, with Q&A and signing sessions on the Community Stage.

CD Project Red will be showing of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in the EB Arena which, if it is anything like the show they put on at E3, will be mind-blowing. They too will be hosting a Q&A and signing session on The Community Stage.

PlayStation, Ubisoft and Warner Bros. will also have developers on hand for Q&A and signing sessions on the Community Stage.

As with previous years, the EB Community Hub will put visitors in touch with grassroots gaming with Good Game, Just ‘Cos shows, panels and the Batmobile at the Modcave.

This year there’s a line-up of industry professionals with panel discussion including the Changing Face of Gaming Journalism, The Great Debate: PC versus Console, Weird and Retro and Geek Parenting.
