AVG has handed over $45k to more than 10% of its reseller base through its Direct Renewal Guarantee programme, which launched in March.
The programme rewards resellers when their customers renew, increase or upgrade their licence through the AVG website.
Michael Dowling, Corporate Sales Director for AVG (AU/NZ), said: “In our recent reseller roundtable event we were delighted at the strong endorsement our resellers gave it. They think it’s fantastic that we responded so resoundingly to their concerns about sustainable levels of income and profitability from our reseller program.”
AVG says that with the success of its Direct Renewal Guarantee programme, it’s on track to sign its 4000th reseller in early 2011.
“Reseller loyalty and engagement is a fundamental foundation of our reseller program, so we are always looking for ways to add value,” Dowling added.
