Datacraft-Integral Axon beefs up procurement team
Fri, 21st Jan 2011
FYI, this story is more than a year old

As exclusively reported by The Channel last week, Michele Harrington (pictured) has made the move from General Manager, Peripherals at Simms to take up a role as Procurement Services Manager.

Also on the new team is Adam Platt who made the move from Sales Manager, Newmarket Security to Business Development Specialist.

Geoff Talbot made the move from a Business Relationship Manager role at Acquire to Sales Specialist (Procurement).

Simon Goode, General Manager of Supply Chain and Alliances, said, “We are serious about building a strong Supply Chain team to offer improved procurement support to our clients. Procurement services have always been a strength of Axon’s but our integration with Datacraft has given us the scale to fast forward our capability in this space.

“We are delighted to be able to attract the best people in the industry. We are confident that we can improve the turnaround, accuracy and relevance of the procurement support we offer to clients,” he added.

Datacraft’s acquisition of Integral Axon was completed last November.

And we won't have to try and fit 'Datacraft-Integral Axon' into headlines for much longer as the company reiterated that it will rebrand to just Dimension Data this year.
