Today, Dicker Data has been named as the sole distributor for Citrix CSP within New Zealand.
Lou Nunn is the business manager for Software and Cloud at Dicker Data, he says the company is thrilled to have been selected as the sole distributor as of the 21st of November 2016.
“We have subscription and cloud-dedicated staff based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, this simply allows us to provide the best reseller cloud/SW coverage available,” he says.
“Further to this, Dicker Data offers an array of SaaS/Cloud/Subscription vendor solutions that will supplement the growth of the Citrix CSP footprint,” explains Nunn.
“Being the largest Microsoft subscription and cloud distributor in the country would probably have been a factor in the decision; our monthly billing revenues across vendors is growing at a spectacular rate and is showing no sign of slowing down, more headcount will be brought on during October to facilitate demand and help grow Citrix CSP in New Zealand.
Dicker Data positions itself as a leader in subscription licencing, which the company demonstrated in its NZ Reseller Cloud and Subscription Research Report in August.
“We are doing all the right things; our strategy is well-planned, in the last couple of weeks we have seen Plantronics come to us as a sole agency, we have seen SonicWall also join Dicker Data and now sole Citrix CSP,” says Nunn.
“These are all very well-known names in IT, and it's pleasing to be representing vendors that understand distribution in New Zealand and it's not going to stop here, more will follow.”
