Empired joins Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle
Thu, 30th Jul 2015
FYI, this story is more than a year old

Empired has won a place in Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle – an elite group of 'the most strategic Microsoft Dynamics partners' from around the world.

Gaining entry to the exclusive group requires sales achievements in the highest echelon of the Microsoft Dynamics global network of partners.

Members of the Inner Circle are invited to attend the Inner Circle Retreat, which takes place in Seattle in September, and where they can share strategy and network with Microsoft Dynamics senior leaders and other successful Dynamics partners from around the wrold.

Russell Baskerville, Empired managing director, says the award is testament to Empired's success in delivering innovative solutions combined with service excellence to its customers to grow the business across Australia and New Zealand.

"By collaborating with the teams at Microsoft, Empired maintains a strong expertise of the Microsoft Dynamics platform to provide innovative solutions, strong services and unparralleled value to Microsoft Dynamics customers," Baskerville says.

Neil Holloway, Microsoft Business Solutions Sales and Partners corporate vice president, says the award winning partners 'inspire us by the standards they set and the impact they have on the business'.

"Microsoft is honoured to recognise Empired for their achievements this past year and for their dedication and support of Microsoft Dynamics applications," Holloway says.

Last month, Empired upgraded its revenue expectations for 2016 to between $155 million and $175 million on the back of contract success and rapid expansion across the east coast of Australia and New Zealand.

Recent months have seen the company announce a slew of new contract wins, including a $15 million, five year InterOil infrastructure and application managed services deal, a three year, $10 million infrastructure managed services deal with an unnamed global oil and gas organisation and a $20 million, five year contract with Rio Tinto for application managed services.

Last year Empired snapped up Kiwi company Intergen - itself a former Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle member.
