Endeavour Solutions acquires Greentree

Endeavour Solutions has acquired the Greentree software business of Enabling Limited while opening a new office in Wellington.

After Enabling decided to concentrate on their Sage business, Endeavour, the largest Greentree reseller, says it became an obvious choice to acquire the operation.

The ERP Software vendors to mid-sized business has also added to to their Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton and Melbourne offices with the opening of a branch in the capital.

“Wellington was the next logical extension and Endeavour had been waiting for an opportunity start an operation in the capital," says Chris Miller, Endeavour managing director.

As well as the Greentree business, Endeavour says it will be looking for opportunities for its QlikView software, with clients already spanning Government, financial institutes, commerce and industry.
