US-based headset specialists Jabra are looking to offer their local partners greater support in 2012, launching a new ANZ partner program for their 300 regional representatives.
The program, called Jabra Win, ranks resellers as Registered, Silver or Gold partners, with those at the top receiving benefits such as insights into new products, access to partner seminars, and co-branding opportunities.
Fulvio Toniotti, managing director for Jabra ANZ, says the partner program is designed to help partners give customers a superior experience.
"With this program, we wanted to make it easy for our customers to choose the right headset partners by segmenting our partners into categories,” Toniotti says, "as well as providing extra support to those partners who have expertise in the rapidly growing areas of UC and contact centre solutions.”
