Imperva has unveiled its new PartnerSphere Cloud Alliance Program, which enables MSPs, hosting and cloud providers to deliver better security for their cloud data centres.
The programme sets parameters for select partners, helping MSSP customers identify cloud service providers whose technologies and services have been certified by Imperva.
"Growing interest in cloud-based security services has helped Imperva's service provider partners to dramatically grow 2010 revenue 90 per cent over the previous year," said Imperva VP of world-wide channels, Chris Cesio.
With a formal program in place, Imperva says that enterprises using cloud services will have a certified list of partners who effectively deploy and manage Imperva technology.
“Our certification program provides our small, medium and large enterprise customers with easy and reliable access to advanced data security expertise through our partners, and allows them to
offload daily management functions so that they can focus on their core competencies.,” added Cesio.
Certified PCA partners currently include Firehost, Incapsula, Nexusguard, NIS or Network Integration Services, Rackspace, Savvis, Seccom Global, SecureWorks, Security On Demand and Solutionary.
The company has also announced its new PartnerSphere Technology Alliance that offers organisations an end-to-end blueprint for data security.
