Microsoft promote Tovia Va’aelua

Microsoft New Zealand’s well known Windows and Exchange Server Marketing Manager Tovia Va’aelua will be moving to Manila to take up the role of Server and Tools Business Group Lead for Microsoft Philippines from 1 December 2009.
Va’aelua has held various product marketing leadership positions at Microsoft within the Server Business Group since 2004.
Prior to joining Microsoft Tovia worked in various sales, marketing, and services roles with Datacom and Telecom New Zealand. He has had more than 10 years of IT experience, five years of which have been within the Server and Tools Business.
Tovia’s departure to the Philippines follows the late August move by Microsoft Partner Director John Bessey who took up the Microsoft Philippines General Manager role.
