Motorola has appointed Neale Joseph as its new General Manager of Channel Partner Sales in Australia and New Zealand.

Motorola’s channel extends across its digital TETRA radio communications portfolio, which, along with the newly-launched Wireless Network Solutions division, is part of the company’s Enterprise Mobility Solutions group.

Joseph says he is interested in building opportunities for the company’s channel partners after a tough 2009.

“My main challenge in taking on this role is to adapt our efforts to capture opportunities for our channel partners and Motorola, and make the most of the improvements in business confidence going into 2010.”

Prior to joining Motorola, Joseph was an Executive Director of David Jones, and so brings with him many years of retail management and sales experience, and a fresh approach to growing Motorola’s channel business. He is based in Melbourne.
