Naverisk and Vorex have entered into a strategic alliance to create a fully integrated RMM and PSA solution for the MPS market.
Naverisk specialises in unified RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and Service Desk software for IT service providers and MSPs. Vorex specialises in cloud-based comprehensive professional services automation (PSA) software for the SMB market.
Through the business relationship, the Naverisk RMM and Service Desk platform and the Vorex PSA solution will be integrated to create a business productivity and managed services solution, purpose-built for IT channel partners.
