Naverisk and Vorex have entered into a strategic alliance to create a fully integrated RMM and PSA solution for the MPS market.

Naverisk specialises in unified RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and Service Desk software for IT service providers and MSPs. Vorex specialises in cloud-based comprehensive professional services automation (PSA) software for the SMB market.

Through the business relationship, the Naverisk RMM and Service Desk platform and the Vorex PSA solution will be integrated to create a business productivity and managed services solution, purpose-built for IT channel partners.

Jon Kalaugher, Naverisk founder and CEO, says, “We are delighted to expand our alliances and integrate Vorex’s innovative PSA platform with Naverisk RMM and Service Desk.”

“Our unified RMM and Service Desk platform combined with Vorex’s powerful and easy-to-use PSA capabilities create a targeted and compelling offering for MSPs.”

Vorex founder and CEO, Michael Salem, says, “Integrating our PSA solution with today’s leading RMM providers is a top priority for Vorex.”

“By forging a strategic alliance with Naverisk, we are broadening our IT ecosystem and speeding time to value for channel partners who are embracing managed IT services and cloud-based solutions.”

Stuart Selbst, Vorex COO, says, “Naverisk offers a simple, straightforward RMM platform and service desk solution designed to help channel partners manage, automate and optimize the IT infrastructure and complementary IT services small to mid-size businesses need to grow.”

“Pairing Naverisk’s well-designed RMM tool and service desk support with the Vorex PSA platform is an integrated solution we’re proud to deliver to the IT channel,” he says.

The technical integration between Naverisk and Vorex PSA will be available as part of the Naverisk 2015 R1 release, due April 2015.
