OVHcloud accelerator backs 16 blockchain startups with EUR €50,000
OVHcloud has announced the members of its new Fast Forward Blockchain & Web3 Accelerator, which will run from September to November 2025 and support sixteen startups focused on blockchain and Web3 solutions.
The accelerator aims to provide both business and technical support for the participating startups, including mentoring, workshops, infrastructure credits, and technical guidance. The selected cohort includes companies from several countries, such as Toronto-based Kavodax, and covers a variety of blockchain applications from payment platforms to cybersecurity, analytics, and digital asset certification.
Commenting on the initiative, Philip Marais, Global Startup Programme Director at OVHcloud, said:
"The Blockchain & Web3 Accelerator is a unique opportunity for innovative blockchain startups to accelerate their growth, develop their solutions and connect with a strong network of partners and investors. We are excited to support the growth and development of these promising startups and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in the blockchain industry."
Omar Abi Issa, Global Sales Director of Blockchain, Web3 and AI at OVHcloud, added:
"As a former startup, OVHcloud understands what founders and their teams need, but as a global organisation which shares blockchain's ethos of decentralisation, transparency and security, OVHcloud is in a unique position to help nurture and support the growth of tomorrow's blockchain champions. We look forward to meeting latest group of companies participating in our accelerator."
Sustainability focus
All of the startups in the accelerator are developing solutions that run on optimised blockchain mechanisms, such as Proof of Stake. These mechanisms are designed to enhance efficiency and sustainability within the blockchain sector, with the aim of making blockchain more enterprise-ready as an industry.

Accelerator programme structure
The programme is structured into three phases. It first assists companies in refining their go-to-market strategies, then coaches them in optimising their technical infrastructure, and, finally, supports participants in scaling business growth and preparing for engagement with investors.
The 10-week programme includes benefits such as EUR €50,000 in free cloud credits for OVHcloud public cloud solutions-supplementing any existing startup programme credits-one-on-one mentoring with both OVHcloud and external experts, and opportunities for engagement with corporates, partners and venture capitalists for possible proof-of-concept work or funding.
The accelerator will culminate with a showcase event scheduled for November, allowing startups to present their progress and solutions to a wider audience of potential investors and partners.
