Eric Krieger has been appointed Regional Sales Manager to drive awareness for the company's channel.

Prior to SafeNet, Krieger was the Australian and New Zealand country manager for eight years at Secure Computing. In his new role he will be responsible for SafeNet’s authentication suite, which includes the SafeWord and multi-factor token solutions, along with the company’s channel program.

Krieger will target resellers in both security solutions and SafeNet’s vertical industries of banking, finance, healthcare, enterprise and government.

“Security has never been more important for governments, banks and enterprises," he said. "SafeNet is identifying channel partners who are interested in representing our range of authentication solutions. We will be offering a close relationship, lead generation and other co-marketing activities to the right partners with focused security practices and customer relationships in our target markets.”
