Software AG bolsters ANZ team to drive channel & partner growth

Software AG is welcoming a new addition to its ANZ leadership team, with Ana Travers coming in as the company’s partner and alliance manager for Australia and New Zealand.

In the role, Travers is tasked with driving channel and partner growth and opportunities for the company across the region. The role includes building and enhancing Software AG’s channel and partner programme as well as working with partners in ensuring a smooth delivery and understanding of Software AG’s products and solutions.

“I’m delighted to welcome Ana to the Software AG team in Australia and New Zealand,” says Gordon Gakovic, managing director, Software AG ANZ.

“The ANZ region is one of the most progressive regions that is embracing digital transformation and cloud services, so there is a huge opportunity for Software AG in this market with our new Digital Business Platform,” he says.

Travers has held previous managerial roles with large multinationals including IBM Australia, CA Technologies Australia and Infor where she held executive positions ranging from territory manager, channel manager and solutions channel manager. Travers’ has also been the general manager, Logistics for the Collective Intelligence Group.

 “Software AG is well-known in the ICT industry for its innovative products and solutions spanning business modelling, portfolio management and streaming analytics software which are used by many medium to large Australian and New Zealand businesses,” Travers explains.

“We are looking to invest in and grow our channel and partner programme in Australia and New Zealand as it is an integral component to our business,” she says.

 Adds Gakovic, “It’s an exciting time for the business and I look forward to working with Ana to help both our existing and prospective channel partners and consultants leverage the most from our solutions so that they can help our customers achieve success.”
