FYI, this story is more than a year old

CoachHub has acquired the coaching division of market leader Klaiton, consolidating its position in digital coaching.

CoachHub says the acquisition of Klaiton Coaching strengthens its global leadership position and expands its presence in Europe. The company has an existing global network of more than 3,000 professional business coaches and more than 500 employees worldwide.

Digital coaching offers companies a unique solution to current challenges and is an essential component for long-term people development, the company says.

The acquisition will allow CoachHub to benefit from Klaiton's pool of over 500 highly qualified business coaches and its strong market position in Austria. Companies such as OMV, Erste Group Bank AG and UNIQA Group are among the existing clients. Klaiton will remain with its core business and will continue to place highly qualified consultants in the DACH region.

"With Klaiton we have built up one of the top coaching companies in Austria," says Klaiton co-founder and managing partner, Tina Deutsch.

"I'm happy to be taking the next step with CoachHub and aligning both our coaches and clients internationally. I'm sure that with our combined forces, we can contribute to preparing people all over the world for the challenges of the working world with our coaching offer and support them in their personal development."

Joining forces for sustainable business successes

The pandemic has set a wave of redundancies in the USA and the DACH region, which continues to keep the working world on its toes. Companies must take countermeasures to ensure sustainable success, and are therefore dependent on new impulses and strategies. CouchHub says this is where coaching comes in and supports young and experienced managers to react to the current challenges. It says companies from various sectors and of all sizes can benefit from this.

"We attach great importance to the development of our employees because as a company, we ultimately become better through their performance," says Blue Tomato CEO, Adam Ellis.

"With coaching, we offer them a real opportunity to develop themselves and build their careers based on their strengths at Blue Tomato. This is a huge boost for the company as a whole."

Enabling individual staff development worldwide

Many businesses tend only to get a foothold in the biggest markets. However, CoachHub says its vision to democratise coaching applies across all borders, as companies with a global reach have teams located all over the world. From now on, CoachHub and Klaiton will combine their expertise and jointly pursue the vision of democratising digital coaching in companies and organisations worldwide.

"By acquiring Klaiton's coaching business, our pool grows to over 3,500 qualified and professional coaches," says CoachHub founder Matti Niebelschtz.

"Through our global network and digital platform, we can offer Klaitons clients access to coaches worldwide. CoachHub's existing clients benefit from Klaitons' strong coach network in Austria. Through CoachHub's geographical growth and its further development of coaching offerings, all customers worldwide will benefit from an even larger pool of qualified coaches, improved service and ultimately even greater impact on employee development."
