AA appoints Creasy & Kinloch to key leadership roles
The Automobile Association (AA) has appointed new members to its Executive Leadership Team, with Stephanie Creasy joining as Chief Technology Officer and Renee Kinloch being promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
AA Chief Executive Nadine Tereora spoke highly of both appointees, highlighting their roles in supporting the strategic priorities of the Association and ensuring its 121-year legacy adapts and thrives.
Renee Kinloch has been with the AA for 15 years, initially serving as Group Accountant and later as Group Financial Controller before assuming her most recent position as Head of Finance. Before her tenure at the AA, she gained experience in several New Zealand and UK-based firms, where she worked as an auditor, accountant, and accounting manager.
Nadine Tereora commented, "I'm delighted we could make this internal appointment for such an important role, which demonstrates the depth of talent we have within the AA and our ability to grow great careers."
She added, "Renee is a strong believer in our purpose and providing the best service and outcomes to our Members, and I look forward to welcoming her to the Executive team where I have great confidence she will continue to make her mark."
On the other hand, Stephanie Creasy joins the AA bringing extensive expertise in technology and digital sectors, with previous roles at ANZ, Deloitte, and Digital Arts Network. Her most recent position was as General Manager Future Energy at Genesis, where she supported New Zealand's energy transition.
Nadine Tereora stated, "Steph's passion for harnessing technology to foster innovation and sustainable growth was evident from our first discussion, and her proven leadership capability and team ethos was echoed through the feedback we sought from her peers, direct reports, and her direct leaders."
"I'm excited to see the contribution she will make at the AA," Tereora further expressed.
Stephanie Creasy is set to start her new role on 9 December, and Renee Kinloch will commence her role on 23 December.
