The new Professional Services Program (PSP) allows a select group of partners to deliver Brocade IP services or resell their own services as Brocade-certified and the Support Delivery Program (SDP) allows select channel partners to deliver Tier-1 and Tier-2 support and a new lifetime warranty on select IP networking products.

The SDP will use a tiered approach to classify partners into two levels of partnership: specialists and professionals.

Graham Schultz, ANZ country manager said: “We strive to work closely with our partners with the goal of making Brocade a significant contributor to their revenue stream and the easiest networking company to do business with in the industry.

The Brocade Alliance Partner Network was announced in May and Brocade recently announced an extended partnership with Dell.
