Connecting the dots - Connector recruits Brocade manager

Connector Systems has appointed Simon Gillson to the position of Brocade Business manager, hot on the heels of Grieg Guy's promotion to the role of ANZ country manager.

Based in the company's Auckland office, Gillson joins Brocade with over ten years IT industry experience, after recently working as Head of ICTS at Manukau Institute of Technology.

“With the promised increased investment in New Zealand and resulting anticipated growth in the Brocade business we are pleased now to have a dedicated BDM focusing on the further development of Brocade in the New Zealand market”, says Kevin Swainson, GM of Networking and Security, Connector Systems.

"Simon’s comprehensive IT knowledge, in particular in the networking capacity, will greatly assist in growing its Brocade reseller base.

"Simon will have responsibility for developing and growing the Brocade business at Connector Systems on a nationwide basis.”

Connector Systems, in partnership with Brocade, is says it is also keen to add additional resellers to their existing base across the region.
