Crayon enhances Partner Connections for ANZ tech growth

Mon, 14th Oct 2024

Crayon has formalised its Partner Connections programme, which connects partner businesses with expert providers to foster growth in the ANZ region through strategic collaborations.

The programme, initially trialled successfully last year, aims to streamline opportunities for partners by adopting a partner-to-partner model with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This approach seeks to alleviate the challenges faced by partners due to the increasing complexity of the technology landscape.

With growing demand for ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, many partners encounter barriers in technical delivery and implementation. The Partner Connections programme addresses this by facilitating collaboration between sales-focused partners and technical experts.

By merging commercial and technical expertise within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, businesses can expand their reach, enhance deals, and expedite successful outcomes. Crayon's initiative supports companies in finding the ideal partners to meet their specific needs.

Following its initial success, Crayon plans to extend the programme across the APAC region, providing businesses greater access to strategic partnerships. The programme's structure connects referring partners with service partners who possess proven technical delivery expertise.

The initiative stands out due to Crayon's ability to identify expert partners suited to specific business needs, enabling access to broader market opportunities and larger deals. Crayon also offers continuous coaching and guidance, supporting partners and businesses in navigating industry trends.

The programme, provided at no cost, allows businesses to explore potential partnerships without financial constraints. Its governance framework includes robust legal protocols that ensure secure and transparent collaboration.

Joel Ramirez, Crayon's Senior Commercial Director for Channel APAC, commented, "As a former business owner, I understand the challenges companies face when trying to engage in larger, more complex deals. That's why we designed the Partner Connections programme to provide access to expert partners with the technical know-how to close those deals. This ensures businesses remain competitive without the fear of losing customers."

He further stated, "We've built trust through legal procedures that protect partners from losing clients and ensures partnerships are beneficial for all involved."

Crayon's Partner Connections programme represents a significant step towards enhancing collaboration within the ANZ technology ecosystem. By connecting partner businesses with expert providers, the initiative addresses the growing complexities in the technology landscape and aims to simplify the path to successful project delivery.

The programme's no-cost structure and emphasis on legal protections and transparency enable companies to explore new partnerships with confidence. As Crayon plans to expand this initiative across the APAC region, it positions itself as a facilitator of strategic growth, promoting a more interconnected approach to meeting the evolving market needs.
