Customer training leaves the classroom

Business systems provider Attaché Software will expand its customer education support capability by launching online training sessions in New Zealand.
“By moving online, we are making introductory training available to each and every one of our users directly from their desktop,” said Managing Director, Mike Rich.
The online training will be aimed at customers of its SME business solutions and will let customers choose dates which suits their schedules.
40 training seminars will initially be offered online.
Rich added, “Our objective is to offer all SMEs access to a quality and depth of training that larger enterprises have taken for granted.”
