Dell Technologies unveils 2025 Partner Programme details

Yesterday

Dell Technologies has unveiled its 2025 Partner Programme, aiming to foster growth and collaboration across Storage, Client, Networking, and AI technologies.

The new programme is set to provide partners access to AI-enabled architecture, including the Dell AI Factory portfolio, to enhance their AI capabilities. "At Dell Technologies, winning together is our north star – we believe that creating exceptional outcomes is only possible through strong partnerships across our ecosystem," stated Manish Gupta, Vice President and Regional Partner Ecosystem Leader, Asia Pacific Japan & Greater China, Dell Technologies. "Our 2025 Partner Programme is poised to accelerate innovation throughout our shared ecosystem, allowing us to address the largest opportunities in the technology industry today and unlock growth in the AI era."

Partners in the Asia Pacific & Japan region, excluding Greater China, have contributed roughly 50% of Dell's net revenue in that area over the past four quarters. The new programme aims to enhance these contributions through refined strategies and incentives.

The programme offers enhanced growth incentives including a Storage+ growth incentive for Titanium partners who meet their quarterly targets, alongside an incremental 1.5% Client growth incentive. Dell's AI PC portfolio is designed to leverage the forthcoming PC refresh cycle, fostering opportunities for partners.

Furthermore, Dell has introduced a 4% Compete Select acquisition rebate for metal tier partners who secure new business in areas like Dell storage and data protection. The rebate extends eligibility to large, under-penetrated accounts.

Global market projections from Canalys indicate the technology market could reach USD $5 trillion by 2025, with a significant portion driven by AI and delivered through partners. In response, Dell's 2025 Partner Programme includes an AI Networking Multiplier, offering a 3X incentive for AI solutions infrastructure and updated Data Science & AI training competencies.

The programme also features Dell Asset Recovery Services to assist in environmentally responsible IT asset management and a 3X services tier revenue accelerator for services associated with Storage+ and Dell APEX Subscriptions.

The company remains committed to powering progress through increased collaboration, offering tools such as an energy efficiency calculator and on-demand training. Dell's Sustainability Competency further assists partners in engaging in efficiency-focused discussions with customers.

Efforts to enhance partner experiences will persist, with optimised tools, policies, and processes aimed at simplifying interaction and boosting collaboration. The initiative includes a Partner First Strategy for Storage, which prioritises collaboration, evidenced by a 5X increase in Partner of Record storage accounts since its inception.

In-tool intelligence will facilitate sales engagements by showcasing partner capabilities, while pre-configured bundles aim to expedite quoting and market entry. The forthcoming Incentive Simulator will help partners estimate deal incentives and profitability.

"With predictable engagement and tailored rewards, Dell is committed to leveraging new growth opportunities and drive greater impact hand-in-hand with our partners," added Gupta. "The 2025 Partner Programme will enable deeper collaboration such that we continue to win with our partners and uncover new routes to shared growth and success in the years ahead."
