Hisense unveils future-ready gaming & lifestyle tech

Mon, 9th Sep 2024

Hisense has unveiled the PX3, the first 'Designed for Xbox' Ultra Short Throw projector. This device renders a 4K display that can be adjusted between 80 inches to 150 inches. The projector is certified for Dolby Vision and IMAX Enhanced, ensuring exceptional visual quality. Additionally, it boasts a high refresh rate, up to HSR240, which is essential for smooth rendering of fast-paced game action. Key features include MEMC technology and Auto-Low Latency Mode, aimed at providing uninterrupted, lag-free gaming sessions.

The C2 Ultra Smart Mini Projector is another significant Hisense offering, now Xbox certified. Capable of delivering images from 65 inches to 300 inches, the projector suits various lighting conditions with high brightness and contrast ratios. Like the PX3, it supports Auto Low Latency Mode and MEMC technology, along with a refresh rate of up to 240 frames. These features, coupled with advanced pure tri-colour laser technology, ensure superior image quality and a broad colour gamut, enhancing the gaming and viewing experience. The projector also supports split-screen gaming, catering to multiplayer scenarios.

In addition to their gaming-focused displays, Hisense has launched the ULED X and Canvas TV series. The ULED X Mini LED 110-inch UX model stands out with its Mini-LED X technology, which includes over 40,000 local dimming zones and a peak brightness of up to 10,000 nits. This model also integrates Hisense's Hi-View Engine X chipset, offering real-time scene processing. The technology ensures clear image quality from any viewing angle and in various lighting conditions, enhanced by Quantum Dot Colour technology and the CineStage X Surround sound system. This combination promises an engaging audio-visual experience for home entertainment.

Another innovative product is the Hisense Canvas TV. The 65-inch (S7N) model aims to blend art with technology, featuring an Art Mode that transforms the TV into a gallery of hundreds of free artworks. The TV's anti-glare Hi-Matte Display and aesthetics are accentuated by a sleek wall mount, suggesting a canvas-like screen. Additionally, the TV offers StyleSwap Frames, allowing users to customise the display’s visual appeal to suit individual tastes.
