Information Leadership unveils iWorkplace Elements tool

Today

Information Leadership has introduced iWorkplace Elements, a new self-service solution to improve digital workplaces.

The product, developed by the Christchurch-based company, is designed to address issues identified by users of Microsoft 365 deployments. Sarah Heal, the Chief Executive Officer of Information Leadership, explained that this development arose after listening to common frustrations regarding current information management systems.

Heal stated, "In many cases, organisations moved quickly to the cloud during COVID but are now left wondering what to do with all of their content. Customers kept telling us their information management systems were dated, out of control, and messy—but often, the solution they needed was simply out of financial reach."

"With our deep technical knowledge and proven iWorkplace tools, we're able to address issues like information compliance and protection, Teams sprawl and unmanaged OneDrive silos. We've packed our advanced technologies into one simple 'easy to use' solution, making it possible for every organisation to improve their work and meet legislative requirements."

iWorkplace Elements is structured to enable businesses to develop efficient and clutter-free digital work environments. It uses a self-service model backed by Information Leadership's team of Microsoft specialists. The solution aims to facilitate digital transformation while controlling costs and leveraging existing technology investments.

This product integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure. It supports a self-deployable approach with pre-defined templates and comprehensive user guides, allowing IT teams to establish a modern digital workplace independently.

The architecture and metadata solutions are focused on streamlining data management, enhancing discoverability, boosting productivity, ensuring compliance, and enabling better collaboration.

Communication and cooperation are enhanced through integrated tools for real-time collaboration, co-authoring, and instant feedback. At the same time, customisable workflows help automate and streamline routine tasks and processes, thereby reducing errors.

The system also incorporates advanced security features and compliance controls to protect information, keep data secure, and meet industry standards.

iWorkplace Elements Essentials + Preview offers a modern workspace that facilitates seamless communication, streamlined document management, and automated workflows. Customers can customise their solutions further with additional options such as Policies and Procedures, Search, Employee Files, Contract Management, and Intranet to suit specific needs.

Information Leadership emphasised its commitment to helping organisations take control of content management by reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing collaboration.
