Interactive Intelligence has expanded its ANZ-based team with the appointments of Lee Cole as Project Manager and Andrew Lee as Pre-Sales Engineer.

Based in Sydney, Cole will be responsible for the management of client projects across the ANZ region, from the initial planning and implementation of application solutions deployment through to end user customer support.

Cole joins Interactive Intelligence with 10 years’ experience in project management roles across the telecommunications, contact centre and IT industries, having previously worked in project management roles at Vodafone Australia, Telstra Business Systems and Touchbase Australia.

Lee on the other hand will be based in Melbourne, where he will be tasked with providing technical consultation to all company prospects and clients as well as on-site technical customer support for the company’s network of resellers and distributors.

Lee joins Interactive with 12 years’ experience in the telecommunications and engineering industries.
