Jelena Lawton joins One NZ as enterprise mobility lead
Jelena Lawton has been appointed as Enterprise Mobility Sales Lead at One New Zealand, tasked with assisting organisations in embracing mobility solutions and transformation.
Will Graham, General Manager of Enterprise Sales at One NZ, emphasised the importance of understanding customer needs. "We are building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our key customers. This means thoroughly understanding their business needs and providing the right products, plans, mobile hardware and security solutions to make them more productive," he stated.
He further remarked on the necessity of connectivity for New Zealand businesses. "Being able to connect wherever you are is now essential for modern Kiwi businesses. There is nobody better placed to understand those requirements and provide world-class advice and service to our Enterprise clients than Jelena. Her significant experience in telco, and most recently at Apple, will be invaluable and further strengthen our mobility offering," he added.
Jelena Lawton transitions to One New Zealand from Apple, where she was charged with overseeing enterprise mobility adoption. Her career prior to Apple includes significant roles in the telecommunications sector at Spark and 2degrees.
Lawton expressed her enthusiasm for joining the team. "I'm really excited to join One New Zealand. I know first-hand that there is a huge opportunity for large organisations to leverage modern and mobile working solutions to become better connected and more productive. If your teams are working from the office, home, or out and about, you need technology that is safe, secure and reliable," she said.
She is also intrigued by One New Zealand's recent initiatives and partnerships. "I'm particularly excited about One New Zealand's network leadership and their innovative new collaboration with SpaceX," she mentioned.
