Loop acquires Wonderment to boost eCommerce operations

Loop has acquired Wonderment, a customer experience and order tracking platform, to enhance its commerce operations for eCommerce brands.

This integration will provide Shopify merchants with real-time shipment insights, predictive carrier analytics, and streamlined returns management through a single, user-friendly platform.

Hannah Bravo, CEO of Loop, highlighted the strategic importance of the acquisition: "By joining forces with Wonderment, we're simplifying commerce operations and enabling merchants to transform returns and order tracking into opportunities to delight customers, drive retention, and fuel growth."

The acquisition addresses the growing need for seamless post-purchase experiences, essential for customer retention in competitive markets like Australia. Curtis Ulrich, Director of eCommerce at Aviator Nation, shared, "With Loop and Wonderment, we've shifted from reactive to proactive post-purchase experiences, ensuring our customers feel supported every step of the way."

Founded by veterans of the Shopify ecosystem, Wonderment equips merchants with tools to proactively address shipping issues using carrier data.
