New ANZ General Manager for RSA

24 Feb 2011

RSA, the security division of EMC, has appointed a new General Manager for ANZ in the form of Andy Solterbeck.

Solterbeck will take control of a new strategic direction that sees RSA place an increased focus on growing the business in the enterprise and mid markets.

“I am delighted to be joining RSA at such an exciting and dynamic time. RSA has always been an important part of the IT landscape through its union with EMC, VMware and Cisco, and a series of strategic acquisitions have also led to RSA becoming a serious player in the risk space,” said Solterbeck.

Solterbeck will report in to Vincent Goh, Vice President APAC, RSA, and David Webster, President EMC ANZ and South East Asia.

He moves to RSA from a director of security services role at Telstra’s Enterprise and Government Division.
