Proxim Wireless has appointed Renaissance as it's second distributor in New Zealand.

The vendor produces Wi-Fi, point to point and point to multi-point wireless technologies. The solutions are used for enterprise wireless deployments as well as back-haul systems for telco operators.

While Renaissance has had a rough couple of years, a number of accounts from channel partners have mentioned a slight turn around in the business since Warwick Grey took charge (read our story about it here).

Existing distributor MPA remains confident of its position and will continue to focus on it's technical expertise with the products, according to Roly Smoldon, Managing Director.
