ReBound & Loop join forces to streamline eCommerce returns

ReBound, a global returns management specialist, and Loop, a returns technology platform, have entered into a partnership to enhance consumer experience and reduce retailers' costs. This collaboration allows retailers using the Loop platform to seamlessly access ReBound's omnichannel returns management services, leveraging ReBound's global logistics capabilities. These include return shipments, advanced local processing, and consolidation.

The partnership focuses on maximising margins, improving customer service, and increasing customer retention. Together, Loop and ReBound aim to redefine the post-purchase experience in a bid to offer brands a competitive edge in the increasingly dynamic eCommerce market.

Jelle Schoenmaker, Managing Director of ReBound, commented on the collaboration: "Our new integration with Loop provides a huge advantage for retailers, especially as Loop is natively embedded in Shopify and brands are increasingly choosing Shopify for their eCommerce. Loop is a returns and post-purchase platform designed to optimise customer experiences when shoppers return or exchange items. Loop is integrated natively with Shopify and currently represents 15% of the total value of goods sold through the eCommerce platform. The company aims to ensure that each return interaction leaves a lasting positive impression, fostering repeat business and long-term customer relationships.

ReBound handles more than 100 million return transactions annually for global brands. The company combines intelligent technology with robust logistics capabilities, enabling retailers to manage and monitor the entirety of their returns lifecycle. 

The partnership between ReBound and Loop aims to streamline retailers' returns processes by integrating advanced logistics and returns management with a seamless technology platform.
