The company, which reported 102% growth in observability bookings in the first quarter, integrates Predictive, Generative, and Agentic AI into its AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) platform. These new AI tools aim to help IT teams transition from reactive to proactive operations, improving data-driven automation and prevention efforts.

The newly introduced Riverbed IQ Assist, utilizing Generative AI, provides immediate, contextually rich insights. It automatically surfaces potential root causes and suggests solutions, integrating seamlessly with IT Service Management platforms like ServiceNow. This feature also allows for custom generative AI use cases, expanding the reach and functionality of the tool according to specific needs.
