RSA restructures for 2010 growth

RSA, the security division of EMC, announced a promotion to accommodate its plans for growth in 2010.

Gavin Jarvis has been promoted to the role of RSA Channel and Program Operations Manager for Asia Pacific Japan (APJ). Jarvis has worked at RSA since 2006 and has held a number of positions, most recently as ANZ Distribution Manager.

In his new role, based in Sydney, Jarvis will be responsible for managing RSA’s SecurWorld Program and will report to Ben Corser, RSA Channel Sales Director for APJ.

Mark Pullen, Country Manager RSA ANZ, said, “Gavin [Jarvis] has been instrumental in defining the channel business in Australasia. This is a well-deserved promotion.”

Pullen added: “His role will be critical in defining and building on the existing channel program and operational function to continue improvements and efficiencies in the SecurWorld program.”
