Ruckus grows its Wi-Fi ANZ team

11 Feb 13

Ruckus Wireless has announced two senior appointments to its expanding sales and support team in the ANZ region.

Based in Auckland, Matt Hall (pictured) takes on the new position of Senior Presales Consultant while Rob Post takes on the role of Australian Northern Regional Sales Manager in Sydney.

Since December 2012, the company's channel partner numbers have doubled from the previous year, with Ruckus looking to cope with the extended workload.

“It’s all about supporting our partners and our mutual customers,” said Carl Jefferys, country manager ANZ, Ruckus.

“We need great people on board and we now have another two outstanding Ruckus ANZ team members.”

Hall is charged with leading all technical consulting activities in New Zealand, following roles at Connector Systems, Ministry of Social Development and New Zealand International Campus.

Ruckus says Hall's extensive technical experience, supported by an impressive list of industry certifications and complex deployments, ensures New Zealand partners and customers will be serviced at the highest level.

Post joins the company with a 25 year IT&C sales career, encompassing both reseller and vendor positions, in both management and business development roles, including 12 years at Hewlett Packard.

"Matt’s technical expertise and energy will also ensure the success of Ruckus in our rapidly growing New Zealand marketplace," Jefferys says.

“And not only does Rob have a wealth of experience in the ICT industry, he has an outstanding reputation for genuinely developing and nurturing partner and customer relationships.

"One of our main goals at Ruckus is to make Wi-Fi better and easier to use for everyone, and we have the right people in ANZ to guarantee we achieve that."
