Samsung introduces premium care service for NZ appliances
Samsung has launched a new Premium Care Service offering for its laundry and fridge products in New Zealand.
The Premium Care Service is available with the purchase of ten specified Samsung laundry and fridge products. Financing for this offering is provided through a 0% interest-free payment plan for up to 60 months, facilitated by Finance Now. This service was introduced to provide customers with an annual in-depth cleaning service performed by a Samsung-certified technician to maintain appliance hygiene.
In addition to the cleaning service, customers will receive personalised AI setup tips to optimise the use of their new Samsung appliances and its AI functions. Furthermore, assistance is provided in configuring the Samsung SmartThings App to enhance the user's home experience. These features are included alongside the flexible payment option of up to five years through Finance Now, which allows customers to manage their budget efficiently while availing of the Premium Care Service.
"Our mission is to make a high-quality in-depth appliance cleaning service accessible to kiwi households, and Premium Care Service does exactly that," stated Jens Anders, Vice President of Samsung New Zealand. "With a new maximum five-year payment plan, we are ensuring that Kiwis can enjoy Samsung's latest AI home appliance innovation with complete peace of mind."
The Premium Care Service is currently available for eligible laundry and fridge products from Samsung in the Auckland region. The service provides a convenient, annual detailed cleaning to maintain the optimal performance of the appliances. To mark the service's launch, customers can benefit from a 50% discount on the Premium Care Service during March.
Samsung is considering extending its Premium Care Service to include additional benefits for customers in New Zealand. The Samsung online store is evaluating plans to introduce this service for TV and A Series tablets, with the aim to make these services available across the country in the future.
