SolarWinds to showcase AI solutions at GITEX 2025 events

Thu, 10th Apr 2025

SolarWinds has announced its participation in the upcoming GITEX 2025 events with a focus on showcasing its latest AI-powered solutions.

The company aims to highlight its advancements in observability, database performance, and service management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. These advancements are designed to aid organisations in improving resilience, efficiency, and cost control.

SolarWinds' solutions form part of a broader effort to help enterprises manage complex IT ecosystems by accelerating digital transformation and driving automation. The company's unified platform provides full-stack observability, supported by artificial intelligence for IT operations, database services, service management, security, and automation, all intended to optimise operational resilience and reduce costs.

Andre Cuenin, Chief Revenue Officer at SolarWinds, commented on the initiative: "With ever-increasing complexities in today's multi-cloud and hybrid IT ecosystems, tight budgets, and often being asked to do more with less, many IT organisations struggle to find effective answers. SolarWinds integrated approach of observability technologies, incident response, service management, and AI-powered automation in one singular platform helps customers to achieve unmatched operational resilience and optimise spend."

SolarWinds plans to demonstrate its solutions through a variety of offerings tailored to different deployment preferences. The "SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted" aims to increase visibility and reduce remediation time in on-premises and multi-cloud environments. Meanwhile, "SolarWinds Observability SaaS" provides unified visibility for cloud-native and hybrid applications to enhance service levels and user satisfaction.

The portfolio also includes "SolarWinds Database Observability," a service that keeps organisations' data both available and scalable by identifying performance issues. The "SolarWinds Service Desk" offers a cloud-based, AI-powered IT service management platform aimed at maximising productivity and accelerating issue resolution.

As part of its participation in GITEX 2025, SolarWinds plans to exhibit and speak at various events across the globe. At GITEX EUROPE in Berlin, taking place from 21 to 23 May, Sascha Giese, Global Tech Evangelist Observability, will deliver a session titled "Open Telemetry: The Future is Here."

"We look forward to meeting IT professionals at the GITEX exhibitions to discuss potential challenges and explain how SolarWinds new AI-powered solution enhancements can enable them with increased visibility, intelligence, and efficiency to make them more agile and maximise the overall value IT provides to the businesses," Cuenin added regarding the expected interactions at the event.
