Sysdig hires Andy Dobrov to champion customer success & support
Sysdig, an industry-leading provider of cloud security powered by runtime insights, has appointed Andy Dobrov as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Support, and Services. Andy brings an impressive history of shaping customer success teams into significant competitive differentiators, joining Sysdig following a year of significant achievements for the company.
Dobrov's appointment comes as Sysdig garners recognition from both Deloitte and Newsweek for excellence and growth. Deloitte listed Sysdig as one of the fastest-growing private companies, while Newsweek included the company in their 1000 Excellence Index.
Into the closing days of 2023, Sysdig has witnessed an accelerated uptake of its cloud-native application protection platform. Evidencing a robust customer support prowess, the company maintains a high rating of 4.9/5 on Gartner Peer Insights. Across more than 40 countries worldwide, companies rely on the 24/7 year-round support provided by Sysdig.

Prior to this appointment, Dobrov served as the Chief Customer Officer for Talkdesk, a global AI-powered contact centre. He held leadership roles at noteworthy tech companies such as Cohesity, FireEye, EMC, Veritas, and Hewlett-Packard. His expertise is rooted in fostering strong customer sentiment during periods of intense company growth.
