Wildix launches Sales Elevate Lab for UC&C sales skills
Wildix has announced the launch of Sales Elevate Lab, a training programme aimed at equipping sales teams with the skills necessary to navigate the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) sales landscape.
This initiative marks the first training programme specifically designed to enhance the capabilities of sales professionals in the complex UC&C field. It is open to all sales teams, including both existing partners of Wildix and newcomers. The programme seeks to address challenges identified through research, which shows that 87% of sales training is forgotten within 30 days, and 77% of B2B buyers find purchasing journeys highly intricate.

The programme includes two main components: The Sales Academy and The Mastery Lab. The Sales Academy features a two-day immersive training session available to all Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators (SIs), and Wildix partners, guiding them through the sales cycle using real-world scenarios for immediate application. Meanwhile, The Mastery Lab offers a 12-month exclusive mentorship to top-performing partners, with ongoing one-on-one support from Wildix leadership, bi-weekly strategic sessions, deal guidance, and marketing insights.
Sales Elevate Lab is led by Alberto Benigno, Chief Sales Officer at Wildix, whose extensive experience includes roles at Oracle, LinkedIn, and Gartner. The programme draws on proven methodologies, such as the ValueSelling framework, combined with insights from industry research by Gartner and Harvard, providing participants with actionable tools and best practices to navigate the evolving market successfully.
