WorkBuzz acquires Agenda Consulting to boost NFP engagement
WorkBuzz has announced the acquisition of Agenda Consulting, a research consultancy dedicated to enhancing engagement within global not-for-profit organisations.
This acquisition signifies WorkBuzz's intention to expand its influence in the not-for-profit and charity sectors. The combination of both companies will offer extensive expertise and technologies to improve employee and volunteer engagement.
Agenda Consulting boasts more than 20 years of experience working with high-profile global not-for-profits such as Plan International and WaterAid. Its comprehensive global benchmarking data will bolster WorkBuzz's employee listening services, which cater to HR leaders managing deskless, hybrid, and remote workers.
Agenda Consulting's existing customers will gain access to additional services, including WorkBuzz's mobile-optimised, multilingual survey platform. They will also benefit from the expertise of a dedicated team of people scientists and a comprehensive client lifecycle service.
Steven Frost, CEO and Founder of WorkBuzz, stated, "In Agenda, we've found a partner that intimately understands the NFP space. Our collective knowledge and advanced survey technologies put us in a market-leading position within the not-for-profit and charity space, and we look forward to helping organisations worldwide to elevate their employee and volunteer experiences, including those of their deskless workers."
Roger Parry, Director of Agenda Consulting, remarked, "Joining forces with WorkBuzz takes our engagement services for NFP organisations to the next level. Using WorkBuzz's listening platform, our clients have access to unlimited engagement surveys and a range of tools that deliver data-driven insights, bolstering cultures and transforming engagement levels."
Though Agenda Consulting will continue to function as a distinct brand, it will now operate under the umbrella of WorkBuzz. The acquisition of Agenda Consulting by WorkBuzz marks a significant step in enhancing engagement strategies within the not-for-profit sector. By integrating their strengths, the two organisations aim to provide comprehensive solutions that support employee and volunteer engagement. This collaboration reflects a growing recognition of the importance of effective engagement strategies in fostering positive workplace cultures, especially in mission-driven organisations.
