Grandstream Networks has added a new product tailored for use with the company’s IPVideoTalk Meetings collaboration and communication platform.
The GVC3212 is an HD videoconferencing endpoint that mounts to any television and provides up to 720p video through the camera’s one-megapixel CMOS sensor with a 60-degree field-of-view.
Integrated dual microphones can capture voices from three metres away; they can also suppress background noise and remove echoes.
According to Grandstream Networks, the GVC3212 supports Miracast (with support for Air Play coming soon) for wireless content sharing with those using the IPVideoTalk Meetings platform.
The IPVideoTalk platform can be used for video, audio, and web meetings. The platform can support up to 1080p Full HD cameras, one-click-meetings, cloud storage, content sharing, up to 300 participants, and up to 3000 party webinars.

An alternative 1080p HD USB webcam, the GUV3100, is available for those who wish to have higher definition video calls. The GUV3100 is compatible with all major third-party communication platforms, apps and softphones (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GotoMeeting, etc, WebEx, and others.
Recently Grandstream Networks announced that its GXV3380 High-End Smart Video Phone for Android is compatible with Cisco’s BroadWorks Platform.
The GXV3380 combines a multi-platform video collaboration device with a 16-line IP phone and the functionality of an Android tablet to offer an all-in-one desktop communication solution. Running on Android 7.x, it features an eight-inch touch screen, a two-megapixel camera, support for 1080p HD video, integrated dual-band Wi-Fi, built-in Bluetooth, HDMI input/output and more.
The device can be integrated with other Grandstream products including facility access control solutions, IP PBXs, video conferencing systems and SIP cameras.
