Exabeam announces Kiwi partnership

By Sean Mitchell, 05 Jul 2021

Security vendor Exabeam is on a roll. In the last month, the California-based startup has raised $200 million at a valuation of $2.4 billion and appointed a new CEO.

They describe themselves as a security analytics and automation vendor with unique tools to hunt hard-to-spot advanced attacks like lateral movement and privilege escalation.

Closer to home, they have just partnered with Exclusive Networks as their kiwi distributor.

Exabeam has also recent transitioned to a 100% cloud-based business. With that in mind, both Exclusive and Exabeam are focused on recruiting specialist security partners, VARs and System Integrators.

“I’m very excited to announce our partnership with Exabeam because as threats continue to evolve and become more dangerous many organisations suffer from security information overload produced by their IT infrastructure – combine this with an incredible shortage of security staff and you can very quickly find it difficult to find that ‘needle in a haystack’ cost effectively. It becomes increasingly important to leverage current security infrastructure and deploy user and entity behavioural analytics (UEBA) that show what is normal and what is not, and produce actionable security alerts said Jeff Clynes, New Zealand Country Manager at Exclusive Networks Pacific.

“There’s an immediate ‘aha!’ moment whenever customers see Exabeam in action. Exabeam’s out-of-the-box value, whether as a standalone solution or complementary to existing SIEM deployments, is the missing link for operations teams, threat hunters and incident responders.” says Clynes

As the latest addition to Exclusive Networks’ security portfolio in New Zealand, Exabeam joins a line-up of cybersecurity vendors benefiting from a concentrated campaign of technical and product management support, focused lead-generating marketing activity and accelerated engagement with target partners.

“We’re thrilled to join forces with Exclusive Networks, the premier distributor of security and cloud solutions in the region,” said Gareth Cox, Vice President, Asia-Pacific-Japan at Exabeam.

“We’ve partnered to deliver the most advanced UEBA, XDR and SIEM cloud security products available today with quick time to value. Exabeam’s outcomes-based approach to security is perfectly suited to support customers as they manage exponential amounts of data and an expanding attack surface, helping them outsmart the odds and make security success the norm.” says Cox
