IDVerse and Conga team up to improve Revenue Lifecycle Management
TDIF-certified company, IDVerse, previously known as OCR Labs, has announced a new partnership with Conga, a player in Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions. This collaboration is set to accelerate client onboarding, enhance security, and bring efficiency to business workflows.
As a specialist in digital ID verification (IDV), IDVerse provides a complete set of scalable, proprietary IDV solutions. By incorporating biometric verification or 'liveness technology', identity document verification, data verification, Video KYC, Age Verification, and reauthentication, IDVerse equips Conga with advanced tools to revolutionise its customer interactions.
Pioneering an AI-powered solution that continually learns and improves, IDVerse protects users from identity fraud, ensuring a smooth user experience. This collaboration is said to enable Conga to focus on expanding its business without the worry of compliance and operational overheads.
Conga's suite of solutions transforms revenue operations by standardising and automating the contract lifecycle, thus increasing speed, lowering risk, and raising compliance levels. These systems optimise quotes and digital commerce, enabling sales teams to operate more productively and efficiently.
Aroon Wadvani, Conga's Director of Partner and Alliances for Asia-Pacific and Japan explained the benefits of the partnership. "One of the gaps we identified in documentation processes was around ID verification," said Wadvani.
"IDVerse's verification can be performed on a mobile phone in a matter of minutes, meaning the customer is able to buy a big-ticket item in one visit to a retailer." He further noted how the integrated system of Conga and IDVerse has transformed lengthy, complex procedures into ones that can be completed in less than an hour, creating significant efficiencies.
Adam Brito, Head of APAC, Sales & Partnerships at IDVerse, expressed his team's expectation of extending their customer impact and technology leadership through the partnership.
"Our partnership with Conga amplifies our customer impact and extends our collective technology leadership - offering a single point of access for everything customers want to do online, across all devices, anywhere in the world," stated Brito. He also shared his excitement about working with Conga as it expands into global markets.
Utilising solutions such as contract lifecycle management (CLM), document generation, electronic signature, subscription management, and other associated solutions, Conga's products aim to fill the gap between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform frameworks. Conga's data indicates that its services offer businesses more predictable revenue outcomes, such as 27% more revenue per product and a 23% increase in overall sales revenue.
