Thu, 8th Feb 2024

Claroty, a cyber-physical systems protection specialist, has proudly announced that its 'Medigate by Claroty' platform has won the prestigious Best in KLAS award for Healthcare IoT Security for an impressive fourth consecutive year. The annual award, delivered by leading healthcare research firm KLAS, assesses the performance of healthcare IT solutions through extensive evaluations and interviews with numerous end users. Medigate emerged as the sole winner of the 2024 Best in KLAS title, by helping healthcare organisations enhance their cyber and operational resilience, irrespective of program maturity, scale, or diversity of user base.

"This recognition from KLAS, a premier analyst firm in healthcare, for the fourth year running, validates our commitment to superior customer service and ground-breaking solutions helping our customers attain comprehensive healthcare cybersecurity," stated Jonathan Langer, the Chief Operating Officer of Claroty and co-founder of Medigate.

These accolades are part of the 2024 Best in KLAS: Software & Services report which sees Medigate by Claroty maintain its position as the highest-rated healthcare IoT security solution in the market. It achieved an overall performance score of 95.4 out of 100 in a competitive space where customer needs are increasingly vital. In the KLAS evaluation, top performers are adjudicated on six key pillars: culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship, and value.

Adam Gale, CEO of KLAS Research, explained the significance of these awards: "The Best in KLAS awards are based on extensive feedback and evaluations from healthcare professionals across the nation. Winning a Best in KLAS award also underscores the trust and confidence that healthcare providers place in the winning vendors."

Claroty's Medigate platform has received substantial commendation from clients. As the CISO of one healthcare organisation reported to KLAS analysts, "Medigate's system does an exceptionally good job of supporting our needs. It has given us visibility into our medical devices that didn't previously exist." Meanwhile, an executive from another healthcare organisation declared Medigate as "one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal."

The company's sustained success is a testament to their relentless commitment to innovative solutions and customer-centric approaches. Claroty's Jonathan Langer expresses gratitude for this industry acknowledgment, stating: "We’re honoured to receive this award and incredibly grateful to KLAS and our customers for their insightful evaluations.” They now aim to continue supporting over 2,000 hospitals and clinics worldwide as they build robust security postures.
