Phil Zammit appointed VP of Avaya's Asia-Pacific operations
Avaya has announced the appointment of Phil Zammit as Vice President for its Asia-Pacific operations, which include Japan, Greater China, and India. Based in Sydney, Australia, Zammit will bring extensive customer experience (CX) leadership to his new role at Avaya, having previously served at Zoom, Cisco, AWS, and Telstra.
Phil Zammit's reputation for developing high-performing teams and tailoring regional business strategies to meet local market needs has been well-documented. His track record in delivering customer success was a notable factor in his recruitment by Avaya. Zammit's primary focus at Avaya will be on strengthening relationships with customers and partners, leveraging his expertise in the Asia-Pacific region to expand Avaya's leadership in the Enterprise CX category.
