Carbon Black adds 9 new partners to its ‘Integration Network’

Endpoint security company Carbon Black has announced that nine new partners have joined the company's Integration Network (CbIN).

CbIN represents vendors, customers and security technologists that have used Carbon Black's open APIs to build integrations designed to benefit the entire security community.

The new CbIN partners include Apeiron Data Systems, Axonius, CorrelationX, CyberTrap, Expel, King - Union, Minerva-Labs, ReversingLabs and Senrio.

Carbon Black SVP of corporate and business development Tom Barsi says, “CbIN empowers its partners to position solutions beyond what any one vendor can provide with a goal to solve customers' biggest challenges.

“By combining forces, Carbon Black and its partners can provide customers with integrated solutions that we believe deliver more effective security and simplified operations.

CbIN is powered by Carbon Black's Predictive Security Cloud (PSC), a converged endpoint protection platform that delivers next-generation security services through the cloud.

Partners can use data provided by Carbon Black to feed the delivery of their security solutions and help customers deploy effective prevention, detection, response and prediction strategies.

Expel VP of strategy and business development Justin Bajko says, "Security analysts are inundated with alerts all day, every day, so it's important to be able to focus on the ones that matter and quickly pivot into investigation and response.

“Expel's integration with Carbon Black's platform allows our analysts to spend their time on high-value alerts, provide our customers with the answers they need when they need them, and quickly push out new detections to all of our customers.

Apeiron Data Systems chief revenue officer Jeff Barber says the network allowed his company to specifically address some issues it was having around NVMe storage.

“The Carbon Black Integration Network enabled Apeiron to quickly execute upon customer requests for an externally attached NVMe storage platform,” Barber says.

”The program was instrumental in improving the scale and performance of NVMe, which translates to a higher level of security and scale. With the help of Carbon Black, Apeiron Data Systems proved the ability to provide real-time monitoring for over 800,000 end-points.
